Author Instructions

We welcome original research articles, reviews, and case studies from scholars worldwide. To ensure a smooth publication process, authors must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Originality: Manuscripts submitted must be the original work of the authors and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Formatting: Manuscripts should be prepared in a clear, concise manner using standard academic English. Specific formatting requirements (such as referencing styles and layout) will be detailed on the individual journal’s submission page.
• Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted through our official online manuscript submission portal.
• Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research and manuscript preparation. Changes to authorship after submission require written consent from all original authors.

Peer Review & Editorial Policy

Quality is the foundation of AGSIR Publisher. We employ a rigorous, objective, and timely evaluation process:

• Double-Blind Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process, ensuring that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential to eliminate bias.
• Editorial Screening: Upon submission, the Editorial Board conducts an initial screening to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and meets basic quality standards.
• Review Process: Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to at least two independent, expert reviewers. The final decision (Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject) rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Ethics & Integrity Policy

AGSIR Publisher strictly adheres to the best practice guidelines set forth by leading international academic organizations.

• Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism: All submissions are screened for similarity using advanced plagiarism detection software. Any manuscript exhibiting plagiarism, data fabrication, or image manipulation will be immediately rejected.
• Conflict of Interest: Authors, reviewers, and editors must transparently declare any potential conflicts of interest (financial, personal, or professional) that could influence the research or the peer-review process.
• Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human subjects or animals must include a statement confirming that the study was approved by an appropriate institutional ethics committee and that informed consent was obtained.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) & Waiver Policy

As a fully Open Access publisher, AGSIR Publisher does not charge subscription fees for readers. To cover the costs of peer review administration, professional production, web hosting, and permanent archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.

• Transparency: APCs are only billed after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been officially accepted for publication. There are no submission charges.
• Waiver Policy: We are committed to global research equity. We offer automatic APC waivers or significant discounts to authors residing in low- and middle-income countries, as classified by the World Bank. Authors facing genuine financial hardship may request a waiver during the submission process.

Copyright & Licensing

AGSIR Publisher believes that authors should retain ownership of their intellectual property.

• Author Copyright: Authors retain full copyright of their published work without restrictions.
• CC BY 4.0 License: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This allows anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, and to use them for any lawful purpose, provided the original author and source are properly credited.

Indexing & Archiving

We prioritize the discoverability, citation accuracy, and permanent preservation of all scholarly records published with us.

• Digital Object Identifiers (DOI): Every accepted and published article is immediately assigned a unique, permanent DOI via Zenodo, ensuring reliable and consistent citation linking.
• Long-Term Preservation: To guarantee that our authors’ research remains accessible to future generations, regardless of any technical or platform changes, all published content is permanently archived in the Internet Archive and the Social Science Research Network (SSRN).

Open Access (OA) Policy

AGSIR Publisher is a proud advocate of the Open Access movement.

• Immediate Access: All content published by our journals is made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication.
• No Paywalls: There are no embargo periods and no registration requirements for readers to access the full text of any published article. We ensure that your research reaches the widest possible audience, maximizing its global impact and accelerating academic discovery.
